What’s new at this year’s Customer Intelligence Summit

If you’ve been to the Customer Intelligence Summit before, you already know that it’s a great opportunity to network with your peers from the world’s biggest brands.

This year’s Summit has that…and so much more.

Here are some of the new things you’ll experience this year.

Game-changing product announcements

As our CEO Scott Miller said in a recent preview, we’re set to share incredible things we’ve never shared before. We’re unveiling four game-changing Sparq innovations that will help you:

A keynote from Forrester that will have you rethinking CX

For the first time ever, we’ve invited a third-party analyst from Forrester to discuss an urgent question many brands face today: why are so many companies failing to provide memorable customer experiences?

According to Rick Parrish, a Forrester principal analyst servicing customer experience professionals, at the heart of the problem is a “reality gap” between the C-suite and their customers.

You’ll walk away from the Summit with a CX management maturity framework that will help your company deliver better, more memorable experiences.

Make demonstrating ROI a practical reality

We’ve partnered with three industry-leading companies—Keurig Canada, Sun Life Financial and Bauer Media UK—to explore the real ROI of customer relationships. We’ll share a framework for measuring the organizational and functional ROI of your activities in Sparq, and how to best showcase that to your organization.

As you’ll hear at the Summit, demonstrating the value of customer relationship intelligence is a lot about speaking the language your C-suite understands. You’ll leave the Summit with a practical and doable action plan on how to do that.

Measure—and boost—the value of each community member

Vision Critical’s in-house data scientist, Paul Holtzman, will share some of the innovative things he’s working on, in particular in the space of artificial intelligence and machine learning. His session will focus on ways of measuring the value of customers in your insight community. He’ll share two approaches you can use to monitor the health of your customer relationships.

Very soon, AI will become ubiquitous in customer relationship intelligence. Paul’s session will provide a preview of what’s possible.

More big brands

Every year, the Summit attracts bigger and bigger brands—and this year is no different.

Tech and social media giant LinkedIn will be there, along with CPG heavyweights Red Bull, Coca-Cola and Keurig Canada. In health care, Cleveland Clinic, Aurora Health Care and Priority Health will take center stage to share what’s new in patient engagement. Representatives from media include thought leaders from POLITICO, NASCAR and National CineMedia.

A new city

We’d be remiss not to mention that this year’s Summit is happening in Washington, DC. The epicenter of U.S. politics, DC has great food, amazing and historical sights, and much more. And all of these are just steps away from this year’s venue: the JW Marriott Washington, DC.

A starry dinner on the banks of the Potomac river

Enjoy this year’s party at Sequoia’s patio—easily one of Washington, DC’s most-breath-taking locations. Enjoy a memorable evening with more than 400 of your peers from the world’s biggest brands.
